Returns & Refunds Policy

At SHKOR, we take pride in the heritage and craftsmanship of every hand-woven piece. Because our products are born from the earth and crafted by hand, no two items are identical. We want you to love your piece as much as the artisan who made it.

15-Day Return Window You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your SHKOR piece must be:

  • In the same condition you received it (unused/unworn).

  • In its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

The Beauty of Handmade (Important Note) Please remember that because our products are 100% natural Mazari palm, slight variations in weave pattern, color (from sage-tan to honey), and minor botanical "imperfections" are the signature of a handmade product. These are not considered defects, but rather a mark of authenticity.

How to Start a Return To begin a return, please contact us at shkorshop@gmail.com.

  1. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and specific instructions on where to send your package.

  2. Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at shkorshop@gmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom Orders: Personalized or special-order items cannot be returned.

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get the piece you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period For orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in its original, unused condition and packaging.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
