OVERVIEW Welcome to SHKOR. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SHKOR. We offer this website, including all information and services to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, and policies stated here. By visiting our site or purchasing a piece of our heritage, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms.

SECTION 1 – ARTISANAL NATURE OF PRODUCTS

At SHKOR, our products are handcrafted using 100% wild-harvested Mazari palm.

  • Variations: Because every piece is hand-woven by an artisan, slight variations in color, weave pattern, and dimensions are expected and celebrated as a mark of authenticity.

  • Display: We have made every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be perfectly accurate.

SECTION 2 – ORDERS & PAYMENTS

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including inaccuracies in product information or pricing.

  • Payment: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. For orders in Pakistan, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD), which requires phone/WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch.

SECTION 3 – SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS

  • Timeline: Shipping and delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs processing.

  • Delivery: Once the product is handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss and title for the item passes to you.

SECTION 4 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site—including the SHKOR name, logos, product descriptions, and photography—is the property of SHKOR. You may not reproduce, copy, or "scrape" any part of this site for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

SECTION 5 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, which can be found [LINK TO REFUND POLICY]. Because our items are handmade, we handle damage claims on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness to both the customer and our artisans.

SECTION 6 – PROHIBITED USES

You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon our intellectual property; or (d) to upload viruses or malicious code.

SECTION 7 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SHKOR shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct or indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products. Our products are intended for decorative and household use (such as bread service or organization) and should be used according to the care instructions provided.

SECTION 8 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan.
