Shipping & Delivery Policy

At SHKOR, we believe that heritage takes time. Every piece is hand-checked and carefully packaged to ensure it reaches your home in perfect condition.

1. Processing Times

  • In-Stock Items: We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2–4 business days.

  • Made-to-Order Items: If a specific piece (like the Harvest Patari) is currently being woven, processing may take up to 10 business days. We will notify you immediately if your order requires extra time.

  • Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)

  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): To protect our artisans' work, all COD orders must be confirmed via a phone call or WhatsApp message from our team before they are shipped.

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight and your city.

3. International Shipping

We are proud to share our Mazari craft with the world.

  • Delivery Time: International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days via our global courier partners (DHL/FedEx).

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International Orders: SHKOR is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • Domestic Orders: All applicable local taxes are included in your final checkout price.

5. Damages during Transit

SHKOR is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please:

  1. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

  2. Take a photo of the exterior and interior of the box.

  3. Contact us at shkorshop@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Change of Address

We cannot change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout to ensure your SHKOR arrives safely
